Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no expiry, no credit card. You get unlimited leads, visual pipeline, and up to 3 users at no cost.

How much does the Starter plan cost?

The Starter plan is $9.90/month — flat rate, no hidden fees, cancel anytime.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan requires no payment information. Create your account and start using it immediately. A card is only required when upgrading to a paid plan.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There's no lock-in, minimum contract, or penalty. You can cancel at any time directly from your account settings.

How many users can I have?

Free plan: up to 3 users. Starter plan: up to 5 users — no per-user fees. Pro plan: unlimited users. All users share the same pipeline and leads.

Does DunaHub have a job scheduling module?

Yes. The Jobs module lets you create appointments linked to leads, assign technicians, and track status in real time. It includes automatic SMS to the client when the technician is on the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). More options coming soon.

Can I migrate my leads from another tool?

Yes. On Starter and Pro you can import leads via CSV spreadsheet. Export your contacts from your current tool and import them into DunaHub.

Does DunaHub work on mobile?

Yes. DunaHub is fully responsive and works great in a mobile browser. A native iOS and Android app is on our roadmap.

How does WhatsApp work in DunaHub?

DunaHub includes multi-agent WhatsApp — your entire team receives and replies on the same number, directly inside the CRM Inbox. No external BSP (WATI, Twilio, 360dialog) required. No per-message fees. Open a conversation with any lead in one click.
