The feature is free on every plan. The only metered cost is the SMS itself — $9 per 100 credits, same as the rest of the SMS system.
How fast does the text go out?▾

Can I customize the text-back message?▾

What number does the text come from?▾
Your business number — the same one they called. To the caller it looks like a normal text from your shop, not a third-party tool.
Does it work with my existing business number?▾
Yes — most contractors port their existing number into DunaHub. If you're not ready to port, you can use a forwarding setup so the text-back still triggers.
Can I set how long the phone rings before it's considered missed?▾
Yes — the ring timeout is configurable between 10 and 60 seconds. Most contractors set it around 20–25s.
