What's included in Free

No limits: Review Engine (unlimited Google review requests), auto-generated website, unified inbox (WhatsApp+SMS), Kanban pipeline, 1 public form.

Monthly limits (reset on the 1st): Jobs 10/month, Invoices 10/month, Proposals 10/month, Bookings 10/month.

Total limits (never reset): Leads 50 total, Portal 10 active clients, Forms 1, Users 3.

Not included: stage automations, email IMAP/SMTP, Stripe Connect, e-sign on proposals.

How limits work

  • Usage badge appears on pages: "X/10 used this month"
  • 80%+: yellow badge. 100%: red badge, button disabled.
  • Upgrade modal: appears when limit is hit, suggests Starter.
  • Public booking: when limit hit, shows "temporarily unavailable" with your contact info.
  • Data is never lost — only creation is blocked.

When to upgrade

Stay on Free if: fewer than 50 leads, fewer than 10 jobs/month, 1-3 team members.

Upgrade to Starter ($9.90/month) if: 10+ jobs/month, need email IMAP, want automations.
