Getting started

1. Connect your accounts. Go to Settings → Social Media and connect through Meta's official login. Instagram Business and Facebook Pages are supported. TikTok and LinkedIn are on the roadmap.
2. Build the post. In the editor: upload media (photo, video, carousel), write the caption or let AI draft 3 options, add hashtags. The preview shows exactly how it will look in the feed.
3. Pick date and time. Choose the moment on the calendar. DunaHub publishes automatically at the scheduled time and notifies you when the post goes out.

Total setup takes under 2 minutes after the initial connection.

Content calendar

The Social Media → Calendar screen shows the whole month in a 7-column grid. Each cell displays scheduled posts for that day, color-coded by network (pink = Instagram, blue = Facebook, gray = draft). Drag to reschedule. Click a post to edit before it publishes.

Use the calendar to: spot gaps in your cadence, plan campaigns, review what's going out this week, coordinate the team.

AI captions

Describe the post in a line ("weekend salon promo", "summer collection drop") and AI drafts 3 caption options in your voice, with suggested hashtags. 50 generations/month on the Free plan, unlimited on Starter.

The button lives in the post editor, next to the caption field.

Comments and DMs become leads

This is the differentiator nobody else offers. Every time someone comments on a post scheduled through DunaHub or DMs the connected account, we automatically create:

• A lead in your CRM (or attach to an existing lead by phone/handle)
• A conversation in the unified inbox, alongside WhatsApp, email, and SMS
• A source tag — you know it came from a scheduled post, which post, and when

Technical detail: we use Meta's official webhooks (comments, messages) — configured automatically when you connect an account.

Business account required

Automatic publishing on Instagram requires a Business or Creator profile linked to a Facebook Page — this is Meta's requirement, not ours. Converting a personal profile is free and takes under a minute in the Instagram app.
